Help with customer login


I have forgotten my login details, what can I do?

You can reset the password for your customer account as follows:

  • Click “Forgot your password?”
  • Enter your e-mail address and click the “Reset My Password” button.
  • Check your inbox for the email to reset your password.

  • Follow the instructions in the email and create a new password.

If you cannot find an email, it is possible that you have not yet created an account with this email address. To clarify this question, please contact our customer service.


Why is my customer login not working?

  • You have not yet created an account in the portal with the email address you entered. Create an Account

  • You have entered the wrong password.

  • You have entered the wrong password too often.

    • After three failed login attempts, the account will be blocked for 3 minutes.

  • You have entered a wrong email address.

  • Please check the address line in your browser. This must be: https://portal.juzo.com/en_gb/
